Management Team

The senior management team has provided oversight and leadership in the development of our world class Montney resource play at Glacier, Alberta since acquisition of the property in late 2007. With continued drilling success and increasing visibility to superior economics at Glacier, Advantage embarked on a strategic plan in 2009 to divest all conventional oil and gas assets to become a ‘pure play entity’ E&P company.

This goal was achieved by April 2013 and repositioned Advantage to be one of the leading Montney producers in terms of low cost structure, reserve replacement efficiency and financial flexibility. Additional Montney lands acquired in 2013 and 2014 will complement our Glacier development and are expected to provide additional liquids-rich opportunities in the future.
